Complete Concrete Packages

A complete concrete package puts the whole scope under one quote: preparation, forming, reinforcement, placement, finishing, stripping and cleanup. One accountable contractor from breakout to final finish.

The Problem

What goes wrong with this work

Splitting a concrete project across multiple subcontractors creates coordination gaps — who owns the base, the reinforcement, the pour, the finish? Gaps are where delays, disputes and defects happen.

What We Do

How this service works

We deliver an agreed package from removal and preparation through forming, reinforcement, placement, finishing, stripping and cleanup. Concrete and pump coordination, curing/protection and third-party responsibilities are defined in the quote.

Scope

What's included — and what isn't

Every quote identifies the scope, the handoff, and what is by others. Here's what this service typically covers.

Included scope

  • Demolition, disposal, excavation and base preparation
  • Forming to layout, slope and elevation
  • Reinforcement within the quoted scope
  • Concrete placement, finishing and jointing
  • Stripping of forms and site cleanup
  • Concrete and pump coordination as defined in the quote

By others / exclusions

  • Work by unrelated trades (framing, electrical, plumbing, landscaping)
  • Curing/protection materials and methods — defined in the quote
  • Engineering design and stamped drawings
  • Permits, inspections and utility work by others

We offer complete installation and defined contractor-support scopes. Your written quote identifies the work, materials and coordination included, including concrete supply, pumping where required, curing or protection, and any work by others.

Process

How the work proceeds

A clear sequence so you know what happens and when.

  1. 1

    Scope and quote

We review the plans, confirm the full package scope, and quote with responsibilities and coordination defined.

  2. 2

    Preparation

Demolition, excavation, base and compaction — with our own equipment.

  3. 3

    Forming and reinforcement

Forms are set and reinforcement within scope is placed.

  4. 4

    Placement and finishing

Concrete is placed, finished and jointed to the agreed texture.

  5. 5

    Stripping and cleanup

Forms are stripped, the site is cleaned, and the package is handed over complete.

Options

Why Can Concrete

How we approach this work

One crew, one quote, one accountable scope. Our equipment handles preparation and hauling, and the same crew forms, places and finishes — so coordination gaps inside the concrete scope are eliminated.

A clear, coordinated scope

Your written quote sets out the agreed work, the handoff, and what is by others — so responsibilities are defined before the work begins, and changes are discussed before they proceed.

Cost

What affects project cost

We don't publish prices or instant quotes. These are the factors that shape a written quote.

  • Total scope and concrete volume
  • Removal and hauling volume
  • Reinforcement specification
  • Finish type
  • Pump access and concrete coordination
  • Site constraints and timing

FAQ

Questions about this service

What's the difference between Preparation + Forming and a Complete Package?+

Preparation + Forming hands off a formed base ready for reinforcement. A Complete Package carries through reinforcement, placement, finishing, stripping and cleanup. See our package comparison for the detail.

Is concrete supply included?+

Concrete and pump coordination are defined in the quote. We don't imply every site issue or third-party responsibility is included — the quote is specific.

Do you coordinate with other trades?+

Yes. We coordinate with the trades the builder assigns, but we don't take on unrelated trades' work. The quote defines the boundaries.
