Concrete Removal & Demolition

Before new concrete goes in, the old has to come out. We demolish and haul away driveways, patios, sidewalks and slabs — saw cutting, breaking out, loading and disposing with our own equipment.

The Problem

What goes wrong with this work

Removal looks simple but access, hauling and disposal logistics trip up projects. Broken concrete is heavy, and a crew without hauling equipment leaves piles on site.

What We Do

How this service works

We saw cut where needed, break out the existing concrete, load it with our equipment, and haul and dispose of it — leaving a clean site ready for preparation.

Scope

What's included — and what isn't

Every quote identifies the scope, the handoff, and what is by others. Here's what this service typically covers.

Included scope

  • Saw cutting where required
  • Breakout of existing concrete or asphalt
  • Loading with our own equipment
  • Hauling and disposal
  • Leaving the site clean and ready for preparation

By others / exclusions

  • Base preparation, forming and new concrete unless separately included
  • Utility disconnection by other trades
  • Hazardous material handling and testing
  • Permits where required

Why Can Concrete

How we approach this work

Our excavator, F350 and dump trailer mean we break out, load and haul without waiting on a separate hauling contractor — removal and disposal stay in one scope.

A clear, coordinated scope

Your written quote sets out the agreed work, the handoff, and what is by others — so responsibilities are defined before the work begins, and changes are discussed before they proceed.

Cost

What affects project cost

We don't publish prices or instant quotes. These are the factors that shape a written quote.

  • Volume and thickness of concrete
  • Access for equipment and hauling
  • Reinforcement in the existing concrete
  • Disposal costs
  • Whether preparation is included
