Garage Concrete Floors

A garage floor takes vehicle weight, stands up to daily use, and needs to slope to the door or drain. We replace or install garage floors with proper preparation, reinforcement, placement and jointing.

The Problem

What goes wrong with this work

Garage floors crack and pit when the base is weak, the slab is too thin, or joints are placed wrong. Poor slope leaves water pooled in the garage.

What We Do

How this service works

We remove the old floor where needed, prepare and compact the base, set forms to the correct slope, place reinforcement within the quoted scope, pour and finish the floor, and place joints to control cracking.

Scope

What's included — and what isn't

Every quote identifies the scope, the handoff, and what is by others. Here's what this service typically covers.

Included scope

  • Removal and haul-away of existing floor where needed
  • Base preparation and compaction
  • Forming to layout and slope
  • Reinforcement within the quoted scope
  • Concrete placement, finishing and jointing
  • Stripping and cleanup

By others / exclusions

  • Concrete supply and pump unless separately included
  • Epoxy or coating systems — not offered unless separately confirmed
  • Drainage, plumbing or electrical work by other trades
  • Permits where required

Process

How the work proceeds

A clear sequence so you know what happens and when.

  1. 1

    Review access and slope

We check access for removal and concrete, and confirm the slope to the door or drain.

  2. 2

    Removal and base

The old floor is removed and hauled away; the base is prepared and compacted.

  3. 3

    Form and reinforce

Forms are set to slope and reinforcement within scope is placed.

  4. 4

    Pour, finish and joint

Concrete is placed, finished, and jointed to control cracking; forms are stripped and the site cleaned.

Why Can Concrete

How we approach this work

Our crew handles removal, base, forming and finishing, so the garage floor is one accountable scope from breakout to final finish.

A clear, coordinated scope

Your written quote sets out the agreed work, the handoff, and what is by others — so responsibilities are defined before the work begins, and changes are discussed before they proceed.

Cost

What affects project cost

We don't publish prices or instant quotes. These are the factors that shape a written quote.

  • Floor size and thickness
  • Removal and hauling of existing floor
  • Base depth and material
  • Reinforcement specified
  • Access for concrete trucks and pump
