When you submit an estimate, site-review or project-plans enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone, project city and address, service requested, project description, optional details (dimensions, access, timing), and any drawings or photos you upload or link to.

How we use it

We use your information to review your enquiry, contact you about the next step, and prepare a scope or quote. We do not sell your information. Optional promotional consent, if offered, is separate from permission to respond to your enquiry and is never prechecked.

Where it goes

Enquiry information is submitted through our connected customer relationship management system and is accessible to designated staff. Uploaded files are associated with your enquiry and are not publicly browsable.

What we keep out of analytics

Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and uploaded files are not included in analytics events or public URLs. We separate CTA clicks and phone taps from successfully accepted enquiries.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about the information you submitted or to request correction. This notice does not claim specific legal compliance; retention periods and regulatory references are subject to owner review.
