FOR BUILDERS & CONTRACTORS

Forming Support That Fits Your Project

Built around your drawings, scope and field requirements — not a one-size-fits-all package.

Clear Scope

The written estimate defines Can Concrete's forming responsibilities and where the handoff occurs.

Layout & Plan Coordination

We can work from supplied drawings, dimensions and field information for the agreed scope.

Preparation + Forming

Where required, forming can be combined with demolition, excavation, base preparation and compaction.

Complete Concrete Option

Builders can also request reinforcement, placement and finishing as part of a larger concrete package.

HANDOFF

Clear Handoff Before the Next Stage

For forming-only or preparation and forming work, the boundary between Can Concrete's scope and the next trade is defined in writing.

  • Can Concrete completes the agreed forming scope.
  • Dimensions, layout, elevations, slopes, base conditions and forms should be reviewed by the responsible client or GC before the next stage proceeds.
  • Reinforcement, inspections, concrete supply, pumping, placement, finishing, curing/protection and stripping are only included when identified in the written estimate.
  • Form stripping and return visits are not automatically included.
  • Changes after approval may require additional pricing.

Your written estimate identifies exactly what Can Concrete is responsible for and where the project handoff occurs. Customer approval does not replace required inspections or professional approvals.

RELATED SCOPE

Need More Than Formwork?

Can Concrete can combine forming with demolition, disposal, excavation, base preparation, compaction and layout — so the preparation and forming stages stay under one coordinated scope.

Preparation + Forming

Demolition, excavation, base preparation, compaction and layout carried through to a formed base ready for reinforcement — with the handoff defined in the quote.

Complete Concrete

Preparation, forming, reinforcement, placement, finishing and stripping or cleanup when included — one accountable scope from start to finish.

LARGER SCOPE

Need the Concrete Completed Too?

Builders can request a larger scope including site preparation, forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing and stripping or cleanup when included. The written estimate defines exactly what is in the package.
